Legal pages are usually skipped. This one is written so it can actually be read. It governs orders placed with DineCraft at dinecook.shop.

The Deal

You order and pay; we pack within 1 to 2 business days, ship it, and email you tracking. If you do not want it, you have 30 days from delivery to send it back and we pay the return shipping.

Your Money

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Tax and shipping are added at checkout, never after. Cards are processed by a PCI-DSS compliant provider — we do not store card numbers, so there is nothing here to steal.

Refunds

Back to the card or account you paid with, once the returned item reaches us and is checked. Banks usually post it within a few business days after that.

When We Can Cancel

If an item sells out or a price was listed wrong, we cancel and refund rather than ship the wrong thing quietly. You will hear from us at the email on the order.

What We Own

The words, photos, and layout on dinecook.shop are ours. Look at them all you like; do not republish them commercially.

What We Cannot Promise

Uninterrupted uptime, or a carrier hitting an estimate exactly. Where the law lets us limit liability, it is capped at what you paid.

Your Rights Stay Intact

Nothing here removes protections that federal or state consumer law gives you.
